From April 1st 2003 the following fees will be charged for seeing Dr Jo
For children aged 5 and under, no change - still free.
For Youths aged 6 - 18 a maximum of $10
For everyone else a maximum of $15
These charges relate to an ORDINARY CONSULTATION this means less than 15 minutes and not involving anything like a joint injection, smear, minor surgery etc which would incurr additional charges.
Extra charges will apply for longer consultations.
There is no change to the fee for nurse consultations, or repeat prescriptions.
